Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout to ensure all details are correct.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right.

Please email support@locentriq.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Locentriq is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
